I paid over $400 for two pairs of shoes. When they didn't arrive after a couple of weeks and I hadn't heard from them, I called to see what was going on. The lady explained to me that she had marked my order as 'fraudulent' based on the name of my email provider.
They took the money, cancelled the shoes, and did not make any attempt to contact me.
I don't think they understand what 'fraudulent' means. It definitely doesn't mean 'withholding goods from customers who have already paid.'
I was promised a refund within about five days. It is now ten says later, no money has arrived, and no-one is picking up the phone. The email address gives bounce notifications.
Unbelievably bad.
