    Arrived 5 minutes late for an 8.30am appointment. I am legally blind and was accompanied by my 3 year old son (challenging, at the best of times). I then waited for 45 minutes, whilst people arrived and were seen ahead of me in the queue. I eventually went to ask the receptionist what the delay was and she confirmed that Dr Jack Chang was indeed seeing people ahead of me and could not explain why. She said that she would ask him to see me next. I was then finally seen at 9.43am, with no word of apology. I was then charged $89 for a 10 minute consultation, with $37 Medicare rebate (sorry government - how is this "free", regardless of abandoned co-payment policy)? I can only conclude that the Dr was punishing me for my tardiness. Given that I routinely wait a considerable time at this GP, I am unimpressed at being reprimanded in this way and will not be returning.
